After a good night’s sleep, our
guests can enjoy a leisurely buffet breakfast of fresh bread, sliced cold
meats, and homemade cakes and jams.
Local specialities from Mantua are served to order in the spacious dining-room and
include risotto with sausage, mushroom or vegetables, tortelli with
pumpkin filling, agnoli, capunsei (pasta specialities), homemade
pasta served with game ragout, grills and roasts, tagliata and other
specialities, plus vegetables straight from the garden.
A selection of typical wines from the
morainic hills is also available.
